Yes… I boldly proclaimed… the greatest exercise ever developed.
For this claim to be true… lets discuss what the exercise must be able to do.
First… it must strengthen each and every muscle in the body…all in one movement…check!
Second… it must strengthen and improve the cardiovascular system…check!
And last but not least… it must be FUN! Well… I guess it doesn’t have to be fun… but once you experience the results you will most definitely experience the fun.
So human nature is kicking in and you are searching your mind for the exact exercise.
Could it be the bench press…No!
Could it be the squat… great exercise but not the greatest!
Could it be the deadlift…unbelievable exercise but yet again not the greatest!
Okay…get ready… the greatest exercise for your increased health is…”flip the tire!”
I must tell you, this exercise hits every muscle group… your legs, back, arms, shoulders, chest… you name it… it hits it! Your entire body will be screaming for help.
And let’s not talk about how your lungs will be on fire from the extreme intensity of the movement.
Your entire body will be begging for you to refrain from such intensity… don’t give in!
I usually work out in my high school’s weight room and the other day I decided to finish the workout with flipping the enormous tractor tires our football team incorporates in their off-season training.
My buddy and I decided to flip the tire 200 yards on the football field… this movement is BRUTAL!
Well let’s just say… the temperature was around 100 degrees on the turf but we overcame all obstacles and completed the 200 yards!
So there you have it… the greatest exercise ever discovered for increased health and fitness.
This exercise is by far the most challenging and effective movement you will ever do… but please do it because the results you will see to your overall physical fitness and health will be nothing short of miraculous.
