The cycles of propagation and change of grown-up masculinities through regular sexual practices remain generally undetectable to explore. Our endeavor is to reveal insight upon these cycles by researching moderately aged Italian men’s records of their hetero, sexual accounts based on 36 inside and out interviews. These companions of men have encountered underlying changes in orientation relations and changes in the social situations in regards to sexuality, with the rise of new lenient and closeness scripts. Large numbers of them significantly kill these changes, duplicating a naturalized perspective on male sexuality, while others move towards more extensive understandings of sexuality, less focused upon intercourse, and, at times, uncover a relaxing of the association among sexuality and manliness.
